Business Analyst (Permanent)

Location: Swansea, Wales Country: UK Rate: £35k - £45k per annum + package
 

I am working with a boutique consultancy specialising in delivering user-centered design, communication, and technology solutions to their clients. From strategic landscape reviews to delivery, they are at the forefront of changing services for companies across Wales and the rest of the UK.

Job Description:

As a Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in driving change within different organisations by analysing data, assessing processes and systems, and crafting innovative solutions for the future. You will collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams, including service designers and user researchers, to ensure the effective delivery of user-centered outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyse business problems or opportunities while keeping user needs at the forefront of decision-making.
  • Conduct thorough research and analysis to understand organisational dynamics, including people, processes, technology, and data.
  • Propose changes and improvements based on analysis, including process enhancements and IT solutions.
  • Communicate the potential impact of change through cost-benefit and risk analysis.
  • Lead requirements analysis and definition to support product development across the lifecycle.
  • Visualise analysis findings to support team collaboration and stakeholder presentations.
  • Provide leadership, training, and guidance to junior staff and colleagues.

Requirements:

  • Capacity to motivate others and lead change initiatives.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure while managing multiple projects.
