- Vendor Management:
- Monitor existing vendors' performance, ensuring adherence to contracts, SLAs, and performance metrics.
- Address any non-performance or non-compliance issues promptly.
- Establish frameworks and processes for evaluating and selecting vendor solutions across different business areas.
- Relationship Management:
- Foster strong relationships with vendors to identify and mitigate risks while maximizing ROI.
- Coordinate interactions between vendors and internal project managers during project implementations.
- Commercial Experience:
- Provide expertise in commercial dealings with global vendors for a multinational organization.
Required Qualifications:
- Experience:
- Significant experience managing Vendors for multinational organizations.
- Proven track record of managing a large portfolio of vendors and service providers.
- Experience with projects and contracts of varying sizes, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Framework Design:
- Experience in designing and managing Vendor Management Frameworks and Vendor Performance Management Frameworks.
- Authorization:
- Candidates must demonstrate authorization to work in either the United States or the United Kingdom.
